What is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on grappling especially in ground fighthing with the ultimate goal of submitting or making your opponent pass out.
The principle of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ is by using techniques and leverage a smaller and weaker person can win or defend himself against bigger and stronger opponents.
